Tony and his team are incredible! I was quoted $3500 from a local BMW dealership to fix an error code and water damage. Tony and his team quickly looked at it realized that it was a $300 fix and no water damage. This is a prime example of why we need to Sport small local businesses! They have our best interest in mind. If you own a BMW, take it here!

I'm a first time sprinter van owner and I've been going to these guys for everything. Very lucky to have them on this side of town. They are very accommodating and fair with pricing, and the experience is much more personal that going to a dealership.

My son was driving our Mini and it had been making some noises he thought was a loose panel or something. He was leaving work at 9pm on a Friday, stopped to get gas, and the car literally locked up as he was pulling away from the pump. Even in neutral, the car would not move. He calls me, and I come get him and we're figuring out what to do and all of a sudden this guy pulls up next to us and asks what's wrong. I explained it to him, he just looked at it and said "2013 right?". I said yes, and he said it was probably the transfer case. I'm thinking "who the heck are you?". He said his name was Tony and he ran a shop that works on European cars. I was pretty impressed he identified the year of the car by looking at it and I didn't know where else to take it so I had it towed to Tony's place (NB Motors if you haven't guessed yet). I got a call the next day and it was indeed the transfer case and front diff that went out. I got this outrageous quote for new parts that was close to twice what the vehicle was worth. I was at a loss as to what to do, but one of Tony's guys made some calls and found the parts from a junkyard that ended up costing less that half the new parts. Few days lat

I had a really disappointing experience with this shop. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was told it was out on a “test drive,” even though I had already been informed it was ready. After waiting over 20 minutes, I watched my car pull in and saw boxes being unloaded from it. It was clear my vehicle had been used to run errands and pick up supplies, not for a legitimate test drive. Being lied to about how my car was used is completely unacceptable. When you leave your vehicle with a business, you expect honesty and professionalism. That trust was clearly broken here. I would strongly caution others before bringing their car to this shop. Transparency and integrity should be the bare minimum, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Moved to Huntersville about 5 years ago and within the year purchased a new Mercedes. The dealership tries to put you on a Service A and B plan which are sometimes is not needed in full and extremely costly ($$$). I had passed Tony's place a few times and decided to stop in for my first service. I was pleased from the phone call, to the appointment, to the service. They are straight forward with you in respects to what is needed and what is not and do not inflate their bills. They are reasonable and proficient and I highly recommend if you are in need of any service to your vehicle to contact them first. I will bring all of my euro vehicles here from here on out.
